A tyre is regulated by the marking moulded into its sidewall, not by a certificate attached to an e-mail. Every Rotarra quotation states the markings of the offered tyre; the shipment documents travel with the bill of lading.
E-mark · UN ECE
Europe and Türkiye, accepted by many importing countries. R30 passenger, R54 commercial, R75 motorcycle, R106 agricultural, R117 noise, wet grip and rolling resistance.
DOT · USA
FMVSS 139 for passenger and light-truck radials, FMVSS 119 for truck, bus and motorcycle tyres. The DOT code ends with the production week.
EAC · EAEU
Russia, Kazakhstan, Belarus, Armenia and Kyrgyzstan: conformity under the customs-union technical regulation for wheeled vehicles.
GSO · SASO · Gulf
Gulf states apply GSO tyre standards; Saudi Arabia registers tyre shipments through SASO’s SABER platform.
Certificate scans are not published on this site.
